11. Account Closure and Termination

hot888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or for any reason deemed appropriate by hot888 management. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you following completion of all pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.
